Senior Recruiter (Permanent & Contract Staffing)

Remote 2–5 years

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both permanent and contract staffing mandates. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent candidate and client engagement skills, and a proven ability to close roles efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time remote role, and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure, for multiple roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels
  • Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure high engagement and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and ensure timely delivery
  • Drive offer negotiations, follow-ups, and successful closures
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring progress in ATS tools or internal trackers
  • Meet individual and team hiring targets consistently

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, including permanent and/or contract staffing
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities
  • Client-facing experience with strong relationship management skills
  • A proven track record of successful closures and meeting hiring targets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in both permanent and contract staffing
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
  • Exposure to IT and/or non-IT hiring
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
