Business Development Manager – Contract Staffing
Nyavx is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our contract staffing business in Chennai and across South India. You will acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients, build long-term account relationships, and grow headcount and revenue. You will work closely with our delivery and recruitment teams to make sure every deal is fulfilled on time. This role reports to the Head of Operations. We offer a competitive fixed salary plus an attractive, uncapped incentive structure, the opportunity to build and own a key business vertical, a clear growth path into senior leadership roles, health insurance, and a travel allowance.
Business Development Manager – Technology Services & International Markets
Nyavx is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our technology services business across India and international markets, with an initial focus on the Middle East. You will identify and acquire new clients, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue across digital product engineering, AI and data solutions, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology consulting. This is a hands-on business development role requiring strong prospecting, consultative selling, commercial negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities. You will work with technical and delivery teams to translate client challenges into commercially viable solutions and build long-term customer relationships.
Full-Stack Engineer – TypeScript
We are looking for Full-Stack Engineers to build production features for modern B2B SaaS products. You will work across the full application stack, from relational data models and backend APIs to production user interfaces. The products have established specifications, workflows, access-control models, and architectural direction, so the role is primarily about disciplined engineering execution, implementation quality, and reliable delivery. This role is suited to engineers who are comfortable taking a well-defined feature through development, testing, review, and completion. We are hiring for 3 positions.
Senior Engineer / Tech Lead – Backend & Platform
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer / Tech Lead to take significant technical ownership of our SaaS platform. The role combines architecture, implementation, code review, technical mentoring, and release ownership. This is not a management-only position. We expect the Tech Lead to remain deeply involved in the codebase and personally implement some of the most technically demanding areas of the platform. A major responsibility of this role is to establish an engineering system where developers can deliver consistently without every technical decision or code review depending on a single person.
Product Designer – UI/UX & Design Systems
We are looking for a Product Designer to design production workflows and interfaces for modern B2B SaaS products. The products involve structured data, forms, tables, dashboards, approvals, configuration, collaboration, and operational workflows. We are therefore looking for someone with strong product-design capability rather than primarily marketing or visual-design experience. You will work within an established design direction and component system while helping mature the overall product design language. The role requires strong execution speed, attention to interaction states and edge cases, and close collaboration with engineers throughout implementation.
